I have bought the Canonical Burr Coffee Grinder from them which lasted many years. However, a component needs to be replaced due of years of usage.
The item was fixed within a few days and they provided constant feedback throughout the repair process. They even thoroughly cleaned the coffee grinder before informing me that it was ready for pickup.
Let me start by commending the staff for the fast and easy processing of my order. I received the espresso machine on the same day I paid. Been trying to look around for an affordable personal espresso machine and I am lucky enough to come across Cuppa. Their admin in IG is very responsive and helpful. Very good customer service. I got my money’s worth. Easy to use. Easy to clean. Very good coffee! No words. Highly Recommended! Let me give Cuppa- 5Star!
