The Cuppa Cold Drip Dutch Coffee Maker is a coffee brewing device that features a unique three-chamber design, allowing for a slow and steady extraction of coffee beans to produce a smooth, rich, and full-bodied cold brew coffee that's perfect for hot summer days or when you're craving a refreshing iced coffee.
It's made of a durable high borosilicate glass, is easy to use and clean, and comes with an adjustable drip valve and a reusable fine metal filter. With a 400-ml capacity, it can make 2 to 4 cups of cold brew coffee that can be stored in a fridge for up to 2 weeks. The Dutch Cold Brew method produces a coffee that is less acidic and less bitter than hot brewed coffee, and is recommended to be made with light roast coffee beans to taste the original flavors. It requires less beans and less time than regular cold brew, taking only 3 to 5 hours to brew. The ideal ratio is around 10 grams of coffee per 100 grams of ice water. The amount of ice you should put in your water depends on the temperature of the room you’re brewing in and the drip speed you have selected.
